My Xtreme Xperience
Do you like exotic cars? Are you looking for a different kinda of date or activity with your best friend, sibling, or loved one? If so, you should check out Xtreme Xperience. This is your opportunity to drive an exotic car like a Lamborghini or Ferrari…I know!
Two weeks as part of celebrating Galentine’s Day with my best friend/roomie, we went to Xtreme Xperience on a Saturday morning. She loves cars and she was super excited to go with me. Something you need to know about Xtreme Xperience is that they are on a national tour, you can check them if they’re coming to your city on their website. Sadly, I don’t know when they’ll be back in Phoenix. This was a perfect activity for both of us because we were celebrating Galentine’s Day the whole week, so this activity was the perfect closer.
I need to admit I was nervous the whole time. I’m known as a bad driver and I was going to drive a professional race car on a real race track. When you get there, they give you a quick class on how the experience will go as well as important rules to follow. There are 3 different color cones that point curves or you need to go faster. You’re driving with a professional driver as a co-pilot. You need to trust him, because he’ll point out where there are cones, when to go slower, faster, or if another faster car is going to pass you. They have a microphone, so you can hear them very well. I want to remember his name, but I don’t (haha). In case you read this, thank you for not letting me die on the racetrack!
Overall, you will do 4 laps. Don’t be in a hurry to finish them right away–enjoy it and take your time. If you want to go super fast and beat everyone on the track, do it. All I can say is that it was super fun. It really is a different experience…and an extreme one! When I was there, I was surprised at how many couples were celebrating their anniversary. All of the girls were just as scared as me until after they finished driving. This would make a fun, unique, and memorable date!
