Get the Look: Model Off Duty

If you know me, you know I’m not a casual kind of girl. I don’t wear a lot of t-shirts, and I own maybe 2-3 pairs of denim shorts. You will hardly seen me wearing them!

It’s so hard to me to figure out what to wear on weekends when I’m not working and I plan to be inside of my house watching Netflix and eating a gallon of ice cream during the day. So, I finally told myself that I need to chill and invest in some casual clothing.

Graphic tees have become my new favorite thing. It might be because I’m a graphic designer, so they really grab my attention. When I was browsing online and found this t-shirt from Sheinside, I started laughing to myself. I’m not a model, but as a fashion blogger, you’re kind of classified as one because you’re in front of the camera all the time. So, when I purchased and wore this t-shirt from Sheinside, I felt like it’s my way of telling world that I’m off.  No heels, no skirts. Just me, a graphic tee, denim shorts, and a pair of cute sneakers. This is my new casual!

Big thanks Sheinside for providing me with this cool tee. Like seriously, I’m in love with this shirt! You can never get wrong with a cool graphic tee.

Also, as you can see lately, my sneaker obsession has gotten worse. This is all thanks to one of my co-workers who loves sneakers, so she’s helped me learn more about them. The other day, I told her I saw a girl wearing Yeezy sneakers and she was impressed by my sneakers knowledge. Not so bad for a high heels girl.

Now, when it comes to the denim shorts…what do you think? I feel denim shorts are not for me, but this is something I’m still working on. The main reason I don’t like shorts is because a lot of them are so damn short! I’m not one to show up my thighs and butt. Every time I go and try a pair on, I feel they are too revealing and that people can see everything.
