The first outfit post of the year!

Hi my dear petites! Today I will show you the first outfit post of the year, hopefully it will many of them. So much has happened in my life this 2015. This year had started with work, laughter, heartbreak and fun. I hope it continues like that…except for the heartbreak.

Arizona’s winter is not so different from my hometown. It’s cold but not too cold to wear a coat and scarf. With a leather jacket you are all set to go. Since I move in to Arizona, I had experiment with my style. I have been learning a lot with the girls at the office and my surroundings. For example. here I can wear a fedora hat. I always been a fan of hats but wearing one at Mexicali will be impossible. People will said a lot of mean words to you or “Why you are so overdressed?”. Now here at Scottsdale, I can wear my own fedora hat and everything is awesome like the song.

I’m so happy to be able to explore and develop my style. I’m still learning how to survive here at America. I miss my dear Mexico but I will never miss the opportunity to grow and work in something that I love. Don’t forget to follow my instagram @ladyavi

¡Hola mis petites! Hoy les enseño el primer atuendo del año y espero el de muchos. Han pasado tantas cosas en mi vida que no se por donde empezar. El año ha empezado con mucho trabajo, risas, corazones rotos y diversión. Espero que así siga…menos lo del corazón roto.

El invierno en Arizona no es muy diferente al invierno de Mexicali. Si hace frío pero no lo suficiente como para usar sacos y bufandas. Con una chaqueta de cuero tienes más que suficiente para soportarlo. Desde que me mude a Arizona, he estado experimentando mucho mi estilo. Estoy aprendiendo mucho de las chicas de la oficina por ejemplo, siempre he sido fanática de los sombreros pero en Mexicali si te ponías uno era un “¿Oh dios, porque traes uno?”, “Eres una exagerada” o te miraban raro en las calles. Aquí en Scottsdale puedo por fin expresarme realmente y  este Diciembre obtuve mi amado sombrero negro.

Estoy más que feliz en mi vida en Arizona. Sigo aprendiendo y acostumbrándome a ese estilo de vida americano. Espero que tengan una buena semana todos y si quieren saber un poco más de vida no olviden seguirme por Instagram @ladyavi.
