My Favorite New Workout: Club Pilates
I’m not a fitness person. I can hardly get myself to go to the gym! My family has never been gym or sports people because lucky for us, we’re skinny naturally. That’s why we haven’t ever cared about going to the gym until now.
I recently started working out in the last 2 years or so. I always thought the gym was never for me, but then I discovered classes (barre classes, boxing classes & etc.) and fell in love with them. I’m the type of person who needs a trainer or it’s hard for me to get motivated on my own.
In May, I went to my first pilates class at a studio in North Scottsdale called Club Pilates Scottsdale Promenade. I’ve always heard about pilates thanks to models who are always saying they got their hot body thanks to Pilates…now I understand why!
Pilates is a WHOLE body workout. You’re working your legs, abs, arms, flexibility, and stretching. Even though they’re small movements, at the end of the workout, you’re sweating like a big and fat piggy. At Club Pilates, they have 3 leves: 1, 1.5 & 2. Obviously, if you’re a newbie, take level 1 or go to one of their free demo classes to make sure you like it and know how to use all of the equipment.
Last Saturday, I went to a Pilates classes with my #BloggerBabes. Gloria White co-hosted this event for us with Club Pilates, along with an incredible sponsor, Grabbangreen. This was one of the funnest workouts I’ve done in a long time. We were laughing and having a good time. Also, it was nice to see my friends after coming back from Finland.

Club Pilates is amazing. They have a lot of different locations all over the Valley and even across the country. I can see really a huge change in my body already!
