My Experience With Alya Skin
Hello guys!
I’m writing another skincare post on the blog. It’s not a surprise–I like to talk about and try new skincare products all the time!
Today, I’m talking about an Australian skin brand. If you saw my Instagram story from last week, I introduced you their mask and I was going to tell you how my face changed over the week trying it out.
First, let me talk about the brand Alya. It’s new on the market and it’s already making a difference in a lot of faces all around the world. Their product is vegan. It helps to reduce pores and claims to remove dead skin cells. It also brightens and detoxifies your skin. It’s designed for all skin types but helps I have found it very helpful for oily skin because it helps to control excess oil. Plus, it has a great rose smell–my favorite flower. It’s the perfect product for me!
The steps to use the mask are very simple:
- Spread the mask all over your face. If you have a clean brush, use it so you don’t make a mess like me. I had mask all over my shirt and hair. Ask my roomie!
- Leave it on for 10 minutes. Go read a book, watch videos of kittens, or do whatever you want.
- Remove the clay mask with a clean, warm towel. It’s important to note that your face will get a little red. My face wasn’t that red, but I saw some YouTube videos and holy guac, they were red. Just remember, every skin type is different and reacts different to products. The redness doesn’t mean anything bad, so don’t get scared! Your skin would be beautiful, bright and so much smoother next day. Trust me!
- Follow up with your favorite moisturizer.
These are very simple steps! Since I did dermaplaning one month ago, I always looking for products that help to reduce pores to maintain them, and this mask has been a great help. I’m a rose and pink girl, so I feel connected to the clay mask.
These pictures were taken with my Iphone 7 and also the lighting in my bathroom is horrible. Both pictures are one week apart. My skin is brighter and helped with my breakouts on my left side of my face.
The price of the mask is $40 but if you want a $10 off discount, use the code “avi.valencia” at checkout!
