How to Style a Bandana
Another day, another blog post!
Let’s get real and talk about the bandana trend that’s become so popular lately. I’m so happy this accessory is so on-trend right now! This is perfect for me and my style–it reminds me so much of Audrey Hepburn and the French girl style.
You can find bandanas of all colors and textures. Right now, I have 3 that I’ve been wearing on rotation: a red one, orange one, and this dark blue one you see in the photos. You can wear them tied around your neck, as a bracelet, or even in your hair as a headband. I’m sure you’ve seen all of your favorite fashion bloggers sporting this trend, especially wearing them around the neck! I find this is one of the easiest ways to transform an outfit from boring to chic.
Now, for the specific outfit I’m wearing in this post…it’s very casual. You can wear it while hanging out with your friends, to happy hours, or even out to dinner. The top is beautiful and sexy. It doesn’t show off too much, yet it’s still flirtatious, which I love! It really accentuates my small upper body.
Black pants are a must and you’re never wrong with them, even though it’s SUPER HOT OUTSIDE. To added some color to my outfit, I paired it with my favorite bag from Coach. You have seen this bag before in this post.
Lastly, these shoes were my first purchase at Last Chance last year. They were only $10, and I’m so happy with them!
I’m just 2 weeks away from my European trip now! I’m nervous, but also excited. In the end, I decided one month was enough to go away and forget about my current life. The plan so far is to have a glass of wine with my cute friend Felix in Stockholm, then take a ferry for the first time (btw it’s a 15 hour trip) with my friend Malin, and go to a music festival in Turku, Finland. The best thing about the festival is that my favorite group, Bastille, is going to perform. Right now, I’m planning a time to visit my friend Pablo from Barcelona and my Parisian friends. Stay tuned for #AlwaysAviTravels!
